We begin with a casual call to get to know each other. If the timing is right to consider an investment, you'll pitch your startup. We then conduct due diligence and talk to experts. Finally, you’ll present to our board for a final vote. The entire process takes ~4 weeks.

WHAT HAPPENS IF S2S DECIDES TO INVEST?

Our Term Sheets are industry standard and founder-friendly. After we signed the convertible loan, it takes ~2 weeks for the money to arrive in your account. We expect quarterly reports↗️

WHAT MAKES S2S DIFFERENT FROM OTHER FUNDS?

We are fully independent, not a feeder fund. There’s no parent fund to signal red flags by passing on follow-on investments. However, we ensure you still appear in their deal flow.
